Use for 3-5 days between 2-4 times daily before your appointment.

(DO NOT use other sprays or drops – they are not always suitable and may prevent us from being able to carry out the removal.)

Your ears might feel more blocked up after using Earol and might reduce your hearing – this is because the wax will soak up the oil.

If you wear hearing aids, avoid wearing them after you put olive oil in your ears as you could damage your hearing aids (which wouldn’t be covered by your warranty).

Returns

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, or on delivery, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Wiltshire Ear Clinic will gladly refund all goods up to 30 days from when the items have been delivered.

Please note, all goods must be in their original packaging and in a re-sealable condition.

Please ensure you include the full name the order was placed under, the order number and the reason for your return within the goods return form for the team to process your refund as quickly as possible.

Wiltshire Ear Clinic do not use single-use plastic and we avoid using it whenever we can. We proudly send all our products out in 100% zero-waste materials without any plastic tapes/labels/stickers/bubble wraps etc.

We use only cardboard boxes, paper fillings, cornstarch pellets and paper tapes/stickers that are recycled, recyclable, biodegradable or compostable.

DELIVERY TIME
